Beneficiairies of our projects in Bangalore and Tamil Nadu are left without resources due to the lockdown measures, extended until the 3rd of May. Our local partners are all committed to act and take initiatives to help and provide grocery kits to all families.

“Sponsor a child with Samridhdhi Trust”


Bangalore, Indian Silicon Valley, attracts thousands of families from all India seeking a better life. Facing instability and an unknown environment, migrant children must have access to an adequate and quality education.


Samridhdhi Bridge School offers education to out-of-school children and take them to a “mainstream-school ready” stage with norms of Karnataka’s education system. With Samridhdhi’s intervention, these children can join regular schools and colleges and thrive in them. School fees are financed by both the NGO and the parents’ children.


OFI is actively looking for sponsors willing to get involved on a long-term basis to contribute to the education of the migrant children. Sponsorship gives to quarterly progress reports and personal contact with the child through e-mails, phone calls and meetings.


Until the 30th of April to donate for 100 children’s school fees

“Small homes, big dreams”, give a future to street kids with Dream India Network (DIN)


The “Small homes, big dreams” project is implemented by Dream India Network in Bengaluru, Karnataka, South India. It aims to open small foster houses for extremely vulnerable children from 3 and 8 years old.


Each foster home welcomes a set number of 8 children to ensure that each child receive a personalized care thanks to a management of good quality. Moreover, the limited number of children enables the good organization of various and playful activities. The homes are paired in two to create a family spirit. Children go to school every day, they are supported by a qualified team and they are followed medically and psychologically. The program enables street children to gain self-confidence and to develop their abilities, they perform many sporting and cultural activities that stimulate their creativity and curiosity.

Cultivons le développement!

Let’s cultivate development ! GRAMIUM-SEVAI


Considering the villagers’ requests and needs, and according to GRAMIUM’s evaluation, OFI decided to support the rehabilitation of water infrastructures in Trichy. The project intends to rehabilitate 4 water tanks and 3 watersheds, and to deepen 64 wells in order to relaunch the irrigation system for 700 hectares of cultivable lands. “Let’s cultivate the development!” falls within a genuine approach of development by encouraging social entrepreneurship throughout the Self Help Groups (SHG), enabling women to practice a profession according to the new activities created by the improvement of the irrigation system. 200 beneficiaries are targeted.

“Self Help Groups, when solidarity enables autonomy” SEVAI


The program’s objective is to participate in women empowerment by promoting the experience of Self Help Groups. Enabling women to gather in SHG gives them the opportunity to improve their social and economic situation and to fully practice their citizenship for a genuine local development. OFI seeks for financial support for SEVAI to support SHGs by delivering a whole program of training sessions and public micro credit management and follow-ups.
